Orders - except preorders - typically ship within 5 business days. You'll receive an email notice once your order has shipped.

Please note our order deadlines for the following USPS shipping services for 'expected delivery' before December 25th (for lower 48 states):

USPS Ground Advantage - December 16th (will ship 17th)
USPS Priority Mail - December 17th (will ship 18th)
USPS Priority Mail Express - December 18th (will ship 19th)

For all international orders, please be sure to monitor tracking. Some international shipments can get held up in customs - we kindly ask that you promptly contact your local post office to resolve any issues that may arise. If an international order is returned to us, we will need to request additional payment to cover shipping costs.
